We stayed at Hotel Tigaiga in January 2024. Overall it was a pleasant and positive experience. The location of the hotel is about a 20 minute walk up from Puerto de la Cruz downtown and is quite quiet. The service staff are very professional and friendly and always willing to help. For example, the beds were too hard for us and they put tops on them so they were softer. Our booking included breakfast and dinner. Both where standard. The breakfast was of good quality. For dinner they offer a menu (not a buffet) where you have two options for starters and two options for the main course (meat or fish) and desert. If you are a vegatarian or vegan there where no options on the official menu on any day. But we must admit that we did not ask for them. Officially there are none. Would we book this hotel again? Without the dinner option, yes. However, for some reason we did not sleep well most of the nights. Surely this was because the beds were too hard at first. But my partner slept well after they added the top.

I recently stayed at Hotel Tigaiga in Puerto de la Cruz and it was 😍👌 The rooms were super clean and the food was 👌👌👌 I especially loved the half-board option, it was so convenient. The breakfast was also 👌👌👌 Overall, I had an amazing experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We stayed for three nights at this wonderful hotel and regret that we didn’t reside longer. Great service from all departments, perfect location close to the center of Puerto de la Cruz and an amazing view over the island. Super quiet hotel, perfect for relaxing and recovering from stress. The accommodation itself is not luxurious but good standard and very well maintained. The management is always present and eager to deliver a high degree of service and support. The food in the restaurant and the buffet is of good quality and you can find a variety of meals. Overall we think that this hotel delivers the best money value on the island. We are planning to come again.

Lovely gardens. Very good breakfasts. We had a huge verandah and extra room where we could sit comfortably. Good gift shop within the hotel. We were high above Puerto.

I just stayed at Hotel Tigaiga in Puerto de la Cruz and it was 🔝🌴🏨! The room was super clean 🧼 and the breakfast 🍳 was amazing. The staff at the reception were so helpful and the pool 🏊‍♀️ and garden 🌺 were beautiful. Definitely 5⭐️ experience! #VacationGoals #PuertoDeLaCruz 🌅

Really can't praise this Hotel too highly - the interior is decorated, furnished, equipped and maintained to the highest standard, whilst the exterior setting is that of a sub tropical garden. A la carte and buffet restaurants available for guests and the breakfast is varied and plentiful.

I recently stayed at Hotel Tigaiga in Puerto de la Cruz and had a wonderful experience. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, earning a five-star rating. The rooms were spotless, also earning a five-star rating. The breakfast was delicious, also earning a five-star rating, and the garden and pool area were absolutely stunning, earning a five-star rating. I highly recommend this place and would love to stay there again.
